The many resources gleaned from the Conference proved readily adaptable to our own church context. Our pastor and leaders began to speak more authoritatively about revitalization. Member trust and confidence grew as leaders now focused on and more clearly communicated a vision for a desired outcome. Three months after the Conference, our congregation voted with a 2/3 majorityt o pursue a clear path to revitalization. After one year and a successful merger with a local church network, we relaunched last week with more than 550 in attendance – easily double our worship attendance in 2016. With our eyes on Christ, our members are falling in love with one another and with our community.With God, all things are possible. I believe God used the Renovate National Church RevitalizationConference to open our eyes and to see His possibilities.
